Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, out-going individual to join our growing team as a call center team member.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and queries from customers
- Schedule consultations and final inspections
- Field incoming emails to the proper department/person
- Provide suggestions to potential clients for products based on their needs
- Basic maintenance of the workspace
- Provide order updates to clients as needed
- Receive product, document and update
Qualifications:
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong written/oral communication skills

- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multi-tasking

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
