Role Summary
Supervisors serve as a point of contact for security officers concerning site or officer issues. Supervisors carry significant responsibility in ensuring that all officers adhere to site post orders and standard operating procedures. Supervisors report directly to the Director of Field Operations.
Qualifications
- Lv. III Armed License
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous, verifiable security experience
- Valid DL with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Follow post orders and train new and current officers at client sites, promoting positive engagement
- Ensure compliance standard operating procedures and emergency protocols at client locations
- Respond to incidents or accidents, ensuring proper documentation is collected and submitted
- Inspect officers for uniform and license compliance and issue equipment as necessary
- Provide workforce support for call-offs or emergencies, security coverage to maintain core duties
- Conduct patrols, ATM responses and fire watches as needed
- Attend training sessions to obtain annual CEUs
