Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers, including brakes, suspension, electrical, and structural components.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct welding and fabrication work as needed.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Adhere to company and industry safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in trailer repair, automotive, or diesel mechanics preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
