Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a good understanding of our products and services and staying current on solar
- Initiate conversations with homeowners to introduce solar energy solutions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and best practices
- Comprehensive PAID training is provided to ensure success in the role.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effective
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is desirable
- Familiarity with the solar industry is a plus
Salary : $62,000 - $84,000
