Sun Collectors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team! This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making customer service skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Maintain and organize files in both physical and electronic formats
- Assist with creating customer proposals and SREC (Solar Renewable Energy Credit) documents
- Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets, and proposals for the sales team
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Operations & Office Management
- Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular office audits
- Order office supplies and ensure a well-maintained workspace
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the office clean and organized
- Greet and assist clients and vendors as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using CRM software
Financial & Lead Management
- Make deposits and payments while tracking and monitoring department expenses
- Handle all incoming leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and communication
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively establish positive professional working relationships with customers and employees.
- Proficient in the use of Google Office Suite
- Professional verbal and written communication skills including questioning and listening skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy; effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with little supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills including effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to use discretion and handle sensitive confidential information.
- Positive, professional attitude, with the ability to diffuse negative situations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
