JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will field calls and emails to help manage our Wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, works well with others, has excellent communications skills and great attention to detail. The Customer Care Representative is also responsible for processing orders, providing accurate documentation as well as track jobs throughout the production cycle to provide customers with accurate updates. Our Customer Care team is trained to receive comprehensive product knowledge so as to provide our customers with excellent service.

DUTIES:

  • Maintain a positive, energetic, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the day.
  • Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Process orders and customer requests with a sense of urgency.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate should:

  • Be reliable and on time, perfect attendance is a must.
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills.
  • Be willing to learn with the ambition and drive to strive for excellence.
  • Have an outstanding work ethic.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Be clean-cut and professional at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all quality processes, including documentation and verification as they apply to the performance of your tasks.
  • Work well under pressure, be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and innovative thinking skills.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires a high school diploma/GED. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Demonstrates attention to detail. Ability to read, communicate, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and customer orders.

SHIFTS
MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
