Customer Service at a Dry Cleaning Kiosk store front.
Job Description & Duties: (Included but not limited to:)
- Customer service: Be a CUSTOMER PLEASER by welcoming customers and
- Paying Attention to Details while detailing in, racking (loading) and handling customer orders.
- Communicate in a positive manner.
- Be KIND and RESPECTFUL to your customers and team, always
- Be PROACTIVE as a resolver with follow through in a professional manner should any issue arise.
- Basic Daily Computer use
- Be ORGANIZED and maintain a clean environment
- Be Reliable and Dependable by arriving ON TIME for scheduled shift, in uniform and ready to work.
- Be TRUSTWORTHY
- Be Self- MOTIVATED
Requirements
Personal Requirements:
1. Remain standing for the long period of time during one's shift. (6 hours)
2. Bend & Lift garment and transport bags weighing approximately 30lbs
3. Follow directions - paying attention to the details
4. Communication- Oral & Written/ typed communication required daily.
5. Be Kind and CARING with the ability to work with the public in a professional manner.
