WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR - PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Our Project Coordinator - Purchasing Assistant is essential to the seamless operations of our projects through support and coordination of project documentation. Much of your time is spent in the office answering phones and working on the computer as you interact with clients, request schedules, and update install dates. You also work with vendors to confirm ship dates, material tracking, and warranty requests. Additionally, you help ensure our techs have the resources and supplies they need by making sure all materials arrive for upcoming projects. Being collaborative and a team player, you work directly with Project Management and Purchasing to allow for seamless operations. - Capable of comfortably using computers/software
