Position : CNA / Driver (Full-Time)
Facility : Sun Harbor
Shift : Full-Time
Pay Rate : Up to $20 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Provide physical assistance to participants during boarding and disembarking from the program’s vehicles.
- Ensure emergency medical information is available for participants being transported.
- Maintain the first aid kit in the vehicle, replacing supplies as needed.
- Ensure all passengers wear safety belts and wheelchairs are locked into position.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, scheduling routine maintenance as needed.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or unusual incidents to the Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, individuals transported, miles, and gas usage.
- Transport participants to medical appointments and assist with program activities.
- Lift patients and transport medical equipment and supplies as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients and coworkers to improve quality of service.
- Other duties as assigned.
