Maintenance Technicians contribute to the Restaurants commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Maintenance Technician will maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting environment This position will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in the restaurants. The Maintenance Technician will also perform some minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities :
- Clean HVAC / Exhaust and Distribution grilles
- Drywall and Tile Repair
- Minor Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical repairs
- PM cleaning on restaurant equipment
- Change light bulbs
- Pressure Washing (after hours)
- Painting (after hours)
- Maintaining outside grounds and patios
- Reporting maintenance issues beyond the technician's scope
- Occasional Landscape Maintenance Projects
- Must be 18 years or older, High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-year building maintenance experience is required
- Restaurant / retail experience, preferred
- Must have basic hand tools
- Requires strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM / PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Travel within the region required
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid Texas Driver's License
