Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, Servers and Waitresses to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing menus and explaining daily specials.
- Work through special events and create lasting memories for amazing milestones.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns, providing helpful recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, handling cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of menu items and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
