Sunset Grill within Sun Lakes Country Club & Homeowners Association #1 is currently seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our culinary Team (with the potential to work up to Full-Time).

Duties/Qualifications

• Help in the preparation and design of all food
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Properly timed and executed meals and buffet items
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Current Maricopa County Food Handler’s certification
• Love to cook!

Skills

• Posses sound experience as a Cook
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (preferred)
• Professionalism
