The opportunity : Sun Life U.S. Group Product Marketing is looking for a creative, curious and motivated Product Marketing Consultant to join our fast-paced marketing operations team. The Product Marketing Consultant will be responsible for supporting the product marketing leaders to bring new and exciting content to our distribution teams and Clients as well as being our go-to person for our digital marketing channels. This person will also be responsible for the ongoing changes to our Paid Family and Medical Leave library and developing and executing our broker and client-facing newsletters.How you will contribute : Partner with marketing and product leaders to project manage, develop, and / or update marketing content across our suite of offerings, including our vast Paid Family and Medical Leave marketing library, post-sale marketing resources, and custom enrollment requestsHelp manage projects by developing client-focused materials, web, email and social content, internal training where needed and delivering the content through our different distribution toolsPlay a prominent role in the development and e-delivery of Client newsletters and other external communicationsDeliver on assigned digital marketing tools, including our web platforms and Marketo (our email tool)Handle a variety of marketing tasks as assigned including social media content development, webinar invitations, surveysTrack and analyze success metrics on certain priority projectsWhat you will bring with you : Ability to work with a diverse group of peopleBachelor's Degree with emphasis in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience2 years of experience in marketing or client-facing rolesPrevious experience in the Employee Benefits industry preferredMust be a curious self-starter with strong initiative; the ideal candidate is action-oriented and energetic who seizes opportunitiesMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to write clearly and succinctly, supporting our plain language objectivesAttention to detail and strong organization and project management skillsConfidence to share your ideas among the group and in a safe environmentTechnology and social media savvyAbility to work with a diverse range of peopleAble to work with limited supervision and adapt to changing circumstances or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentSolid level proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe PDFDo you see yourself in this role even if you haven't checked all the boxes above? Salary Range $64,400 - $96,600At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The salary range for this role is competitive nationwide, and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
