Description
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
Assist the Pharmacist by providing clerical and cash handling support to the Pharmacy department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Contribute to the effective operation of the department
B. Maintain adequate stock of medication and supplies according to established policies and procedures.
C. Participate in the quality improvement activities of the department.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Experience as a cashier in a similar setting
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Cash handling experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalency
