Are you outgoing, reliable, and customer service driven? If so, we would like you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be provided with training to be successful. The role directly supports the Customer Service Team Lead in managing incoming calls from customers applying for or requesting information regarding a consumer installment loan, all the while providing superior customer service. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to help others, and who can easily demonstrate patience, respect, and courtesy at all times.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Possess excellent telephone communication and customer service skills, displaying a high level of professionalism
- Learn quickly and apply new job-related information
- Work well with others, willing to take feedback from supervisors and team members
- Working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions
- Must be able to work as scheduled
- Must complete required company training
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service
- Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (from 8:30am-12:30pm)
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds
