As a Branch Manager , you'll maintain a hard-working, productive and effective workforce that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office operations and procedures
- Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS)
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
- Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
- Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Tax preparation (may vary by location)
- Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses
- Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
