Job Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of the Server role include:
- Providing accurate and timely service to guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
- Working closely with Restaurant Management and Kitchen Staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Understanding menu items and food preparation techniques, and being able to answer questions about menu offerings.
- Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhering to high standards of food safety, service station, and personal cleanliness and sanitation.
