Job Description
- Distribute marketing collateral materials, including brochures, insurance postcards, stickers, labels, stationery, thank you cards/envelopes, etc.
- Build community awareness by planning events and inviting residents and local officials.
- Build relationships of trust with key doctors, planners, and influential senior care professionals in the community.
- Schedule and attend luncheons and presentations to promote the facility and its services.
- Develop content for the website and keep it current.
- Receive and follow work schedule/instructions from the Administrator and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
- Assist in interviewing residents/guardians and obtaining required information and signatures.
- Admit and prepare identification records for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel and other departments within the facility.
- Ensure work/assignment areas are clean and notify nursing service for assistance as necessary.
