**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PT-established therapy services to patients as per the Plan of Care.
- Provide therapy services under the guidance of a Registered Therapist, adhering to State and Federal guidelines.
- Consult with the PT regarding treatment changes or patient condition updates.
- Audit documentation for accuracy, including daily notes and progress reports.
- Ensure timely submission of billing, payroll, and expense documents.
- Participate in care planning meetings, rehab sessions, and family training to communicate patient progress.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures for employee and patient safety.
- Maintain equipment in good working order prior to patient care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate of Arts in Physical Therapy Assistant degree.
- Licensure/Certification: Required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Preferred experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
