We are currently seeking an experienced an AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. These are distinct roles, each contributing to the success of our projects in unique ways.
Job Summary:
The AutoCAD Draftsman will be responsible for creating and updating mechanical drawings and specifications for HVAC systems using AutoCAD and Revit. This role involves interpreting architectural and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy in all design documentation, and supporting engineers in executing projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and review mechanical drawings and specifications for HVAC systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Interpret and revise architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy in HVAC layouts.
- Support multiple project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of drawing submittals and documentation packages.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Associateโs degree or certification in Drafting, CAD, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2015 or above) and Revit is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with BIM software is a plus.
