Busser

Sun Mountain Lodge is seeking an energetic and reliable Busser to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness of tables, clearing dishes, and assisting the waitstaff with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Table Maintenance: Clear dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables after guests have finished dining. Wipe down tables, chairs, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness and reset tables for the next guests.
• Support Waitstaff: Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Refill water glasses and respond to guests' requests promptly and courteously.
• Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area, including floors, is clean and tidy at all times. Sweep, mop, and vacuum as necessary.
• Stocking: Replenish supplies such as napkins, condiments, and other items as needed. Ensure that stations are well-stocked and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay is $16.28 per hour
