Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper at Sun Mountain Lodge, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and dusting.
- Maintain clean floors, common areas, and public spaces.
- Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Laundry Duties
- Collect and launder linens neatly.
- Fold and store linens neatly.
- Operate laundry equipment safely.
- Guest Interaction
- Interact with guests professionally and assist with requests.
- Respect “do not disturb” signs and guests’ privacy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Be able to perform pushing/pulling actions up to 15 pounds constantly, and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Be able to work with all cleaning products.
- Availability to work weekend and holidays.
