As a Massage Therapist at Sun Mountain Lodge, you will be responsible for providing professional and therapeutic massage services to guests in a luxurious spa setting. You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort, relaxation, and overall satisfaction of our guests through various massage techniques and treatments.
- Provide Massage Services: Deliver a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to guest needs.
- Guest Consultation: Assess guests' needs, preferences, and health conditions to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain Treatment Areas: Ensure that all treatment rooms and areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products and services to answer guest inquiries and upsell treatments.
- Client Records: Accurately document guest information and treatment details, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow all spa and resort protocols and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa professionals, including estheticians and front desk staff, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or resort setting is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in various massage techniques, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with massage therapy.
