Job Description: Spa Receptionist/Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Spa Receptionist/Coordinator. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to interact with both guests and spa staff to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Office 360 and willing to be trained on the HOST system, POS system, and future SPA booking software.
- Sales: Ability to sell SPA retail products and recommend SPA treatments and upgrades to guests.
- Financial Skills: Strong attention to numbers and money handling.
- Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to SPA guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Clear communication with guests about treatments and services.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with SPA therapists and provide clear directions as needed.
- SPA Housekeeping: Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of the SPA, including common bathrooms.
- Scheduling: Available to work weekends and holiday schedules as required.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Front Desk, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Adventures, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Big Picture Thinking: Understand that the SPA is a key part of the larger lodge experience, and be ready to help guide guests through their time at the resort.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or the spa industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Comfortable with basic math and money handling.
Pay is $20.00 an hour
