What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Spa Associate position at Sun Mountain Spa and Wellness Center?
Sun Mountain Spa is seeking a well-rounded individual who can multitask between interacting with guests and answering phone calls to ensure every need is met. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. You will be performing guest transactions, booking spa reservations, and selling our spa retail products. All other duties are listed below. We are a smaller day spa but growing rapidly and all our therapists work well as a team, and we are looking for that perfect fit.
Part - time - 20hrs wk

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked environment
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling and merchandising
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
