We are seeking a highly motivated Accommodation Revenue Optimizer to join our revenue management team at Sun Outdoors Ocean City. As a key player in our revenue growth strategy, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and implementing revenue-boosting initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform data-driven decisions on rate positioning and product offerings.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to establish and maintain optimal selling strategies for transient, group, and wholesale segments.
- Implement price optimization techniques to ensure correct daily and seasonal rate positioning relative to competition.
- Collaborate with Reservations Sales team to enhance F.I.T. Sales Training and analyze agent performance to improve conversion rates.
