About the Role
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in sourcing, overseeing and managing the pursuit and preconstruction phase of construction projects across the Dakotas. This position is responsible for identifying potential customers and projects, leading pursuit efforts, organizing pricing efforts, and conducting new market and new client research. This client-driven, seller-doer role is responsible for profitable revenue growth across our Dakotas region. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to promote Enclave's capabilities, win business, and ensure efficient and accurate project planning, cost analysis, and risk assessment.
