About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Strategist to join our team at Sun Outdoors Ocean City. As a key player in our revenue management function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and optimize hotel performance.
- Conduct competitor price/product analysis to ensure proper rate positioning/product offering relative to competition.
- Work with the Revenue Management team on pricing decisions for transient, group, and wholesale segments.
- Implement pricing strategies for group and transient business segments; analyze competitor-pricing analysis to ensure correct daily and seasonal rate positioning to the competition.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and detailed historical data for all market segments.
- Facilitate Weekly Revenue Strategy meetings to ensure alignment across departments.
