Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Agent to join our team. As a key member of our resort security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and team members.
**Responsibilities**
- Patrol the resort to identify potential security risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Evaluate situations and make logical decisions on how to proceed, prioritizing the safety and well-being of others.
- Maintain order at the resort, dealing with undesirable conduct and violations of resort policy in a calm and persuasive manner.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires or safety hazards, in a timely and effective manner.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a campground or RV resort preferred.
- Prior law enforcement, security, or military experience beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Valid driver's license required.
