Job Description:
The Revenue Growth Manager at Sun Outdoors Ocean City is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing accommodation sales. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to maximize profits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform data-driven decisions on rate positioning and product offerings.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to establish and maintain optimal selling strategies for transient, group, and wholesale segments.
- Implement price optimization techniques to ensure correct daily and seasonal rate positioning relative to competition.
- Collaborate with Reservations Sales team to enhance F.I.T. Sales Training and analyze agent performance to improve conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain minimum standards for Transient Room Sales, including weekly Yield Meetings, PMS rate configuration, sales agent scripting, and coaching call goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
