What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant - Seasonal position at Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains?
As our Activities Assistant, you will help coordinate a variety of activities for the resort
Requirements:Job Requirements:
- Coordinate and attend all activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
- Set up and clean up after events
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Help maintain a tracking sheet to monitor attendance for each activity
- Assist with training Activity department team members and volunteers
- Assist with distributing the weekly newsletter to resort guests
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
Job Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
