We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the Lead Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, assist in management of staff, and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
- Create and develop innovative cocktail recipes and drink menus.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage bar costs and expenses to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and promotions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
