- Responsible for Utility, Air Conditioning and Maintenance of Building Premises.
- Ensure engineering activities such as preventive maintenance, breakdown calibration, and validations.
- Maintain a high degree of moral discipline among the team.
- Ensure that all systems and equipment are upgraded, validated, and automated.
- Review and approve layout and SOP.
- Review and approve QMS records.
- Ensure that all SOPs related to engineering are being followed.
- Ensure that subordinates are adequately trained for assigned jobs.
- Optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure that optimum resources such as man, material, and area are available for the smooth operation of engineering-related activities.
- Conduct in-house training for all persons working in the Engineering function.
- Evaluation and compliance with legal and other requirements.
