About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Head of Regulatory Law to join our team at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Sun Pharma). As a key member of our legal department, you will provide regulatory counsel to our Rx, Generic, and OTC business units.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary U.S. regulatory lawyer at Sun and Taro, providing expert advice on FDA and CMS regulatory compliance matters.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and business development teams on product development and drug approval pathways.
- Review marketing and promotional initiatives for healthcare fraud and abuse risks and develop company policies and SOPs.
- Represent companies with trade association legislative/lobbying and policy committees.
Requirements:
- J.D. with a minimum of 12 years of legal experience in life sciences or related work.
- Commitment to excellence and pharmaceutical/life science experience is required, with FDA experience preferred.
