Your Role
The Environmental Services Supervisor is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Environmental Services department. This includes oversight and management of housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech personnel, ensuring that the campus is kept clean and safe for our residents and adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, as well as safety guidelines and regulations.
Daily Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech personnel
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping/laundry management, preferably in a hospital, long-term care, or other related medical facility
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing housekeeping functions
- Training in environmental control practices and procedures is preferred
