Join Our Team
Contribute to patient assessment and care planning in collaboration with Registered Nurses
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans and self-care
Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
We're Looking for:
BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date
High school diploma or GED
