Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sun Prairie Senior Living. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing routine medical procedures
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
- A current RN state license and CPR certification
- Experience working in long-term care settings, preferably with geriatric populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
