About the Role:
- Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans, self-care post discharge, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements:
- BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date
- High school diploma or GED
