Vacation Specialist
Sun Realty’s Reservations Sales Team is seeking a full-time, year-round Vacation Specialist for Kill Devil Hills. The Vacation Specialist is a motivated team member who thrives in a collaborative environment; has previous experience in the vacation and hospitality field with the ability to successfully sell and close reservations. This position requires holiday availability, weekend hours and some weekday evening shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
- 1 year previous reservationist experience required, Excellent salesmanship and ability to close prospective reservation inquiries into booked reservations
- 1 year previous customer service experience required
· Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Exceptional communicator both oral and in writing
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with V12 or similar software
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
