As a Concierge/Safety professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain an orderly flow of patients to services and ensure smooth registration processes.
* Observe patient behavior and promptly inform management of any concerns.
* Perform regular rounds of the Health Center properties and offices to identify potential safety hazards.
* Assist other facility staff as needed and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Bilingual skills (oral and written) preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
