Salary Range : $64,719.20 - $68,759.60 per year

As part of the largest community health network in New York State, you will provide high-quality care to a diverse population, addressing a wide range of behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Services : Provide culturally sensitive clinical services including assessment and treatment planning, individual, family, and group psychotherapy, crisis counseling, and community consultation and education.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring that all records are up to date according to established procedures.
- Treatment Coordination : Identify case management needs of clients and work collaboratively with other agency staff and community organizations to meet these needs.
- Crisis Intervention : Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in need.
- Program Development : Contribute to the development and enhancement of behavioral health programs within the clinic.
- Clinical Supervision : Participate in regular clinical supervision to support ongoing professional development.
- Compliance : Follow established clinic policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Community Outreach : Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and services available at Sun River Health.
