What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAT Manager position at Sun River Health?
Provides behavioral health services and support to MAT patients. Conducts program development and monitoring of program outcomes. Provides supervision of MAT care managers. Participates in the interview process and hiring decisions of new staff, conducts performance reviews of current staff, and follows progressive discipline guidelines as needed.
- Provides training and mentoring for new and established MAT staff.
- Participates in interview process, conducts performance reviews, and follows progressive discipline guidelines as needed.
- Coordinates interdisciplinary treatment team case conferencing to meet program requirements and grant outcomes.
- Supervises case/care managers at multiple sites.
- Assists with the development of MAT Program procedures.
- Collaborates with community based organizations to develop linkages and referrals.
- Conducts chart audits for quality assurance.
- Coordinates psycho-education, social and personal development groups for MAT patients.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with entire MAT medical and behavioral health teams.
- Oversees provision of case/care management services in accordance with case/care management standards and regulations.
- Maintains data and case records as required and prepares necessary reports.
- Works with AVP to improve EMR charting and capacity for report writing/dashboard reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required in Social Work Preferred
- CASAC Required

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
