Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join our team in the Greater Houston, TX areas. This role is perfect for individuals looking to enter the solar industry or those with sales experience who are eager to make a significant impact. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate interest among homeowners and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. For those who demonstrate strong performance and commitment, there is also the opportunity to close deals directly and earn even higher commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, and other lead-generation methods to schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and how it can reduce their energy costs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and customer information using our advanced CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Based on performance, the opportunity to close deals directly and earn commissions from those sales.
- For full-time, high-performing team members, company-provided appointments may be allocated to support your goal of achieving a six-figure income.
Qualifications:
- Teachable / Coachable – we have proven systems THAT WORK. Looking for reps who will follow them.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High energy and integrity
- Solar & door to door industry experience a plus, NOT required
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid License and Access to a car
We have starter positions available for applicants with no experience in sales who would like to learn the sales profession while making great money.
Our more experienced reps earned $200,000-$600,000 depending on their desired schedule
