Dispatcher – Brooksville, FL
Sun State International Trucks is seeking a Dispatcher for our Parts Store and Warehouse in Brooksville, Florida.
We are looking for a candidate who can manage an efficient pickup and delivery system while providing outstanding customer service.

We retail International brand trucks and sell both new and used trucks and trailers.
We’re also authorized dealers for IC Bus, Hyundai Translead trailers, and Globe trailers.

✅ Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3–5 years of Customer Service experience
- 2–3 years of Dispatch experience coordinating drivers
- 3–5 years of Delivery experience in the local area
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local geography, routes, and traffic patterns
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

- Dispatch drivers and manage an efficient, on-time delivery schedule
- Plan routes using GPS to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Process delivery transactions and invoices
- Accurately process parts orders and maintain inventory
- Act quickly with a sense of urgency
- Cross-train for warehouse responsibilities
️ Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary to light physical activity (standing, walking, sitting, etc.)
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Good close vision and manual dexterity
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
