Sun State International Trucks is currently seeking a Parts and Service Administrator for our dealership in Sarasota, Florida. Our ideal candidate will support the daily administrative functions of the Parts and Service departments with a focus on efficiency, organization, and communication while providing excellent customer service.
About Sun State International Trucks:
Sun State International Trucks is a locally owned dealership retailing International brand trucks with five locations throughout Florida. We sell both new and used trucks and trailers and are an authorized dealer of IC Bus, Hyundai Translead trailers, and Globe trailers. We also provide parts and service for heavy-duty trucks of all brands.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an Office Administration role
- Parts and Service/Warranty experience a plus
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- ️ Parts & Service Administrator Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Listen to and evaluate customer needs
- Reconcile receivables, cash drawer, and petty cash daily
- Process vendor invoices
- Maintain dealership administrative files
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department (RO files, Repair Advocate, and i360)
