Salary : $21.00 - $22.06 DOE
Responsible for facilitating the operation of a Residential facility, serving the special needs of program participants involved with the behavioral health system who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Provide medical observation and substance abuse referral. Maintain safe, cooperative, caring atmosphere. Third shifts, overnights and weekends.
NOTE : Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the department of Justice.
Health screening and TB Testing are a required for this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the alcohol and drug addictions field and residential treatment program a plus; if in recovery, 1 Year of continuous sobriety. Basic training or education as a medical assistant, medical technician, EMT or nurses aide. Emergency Medical Technicians, nursing students, VNA experience, are encouraged to apply and must have proof of basic safety training.
