What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager - Men's Residential position at Sun Street Centers?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or SUD Certification plus three years of experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions. Computer knowledge and Electronic HealthCare (EHR) for data entry is required. State certification of substance abuse disorder counseling.
DESCRIPTION
Manages the full functions of a service center, providing multiple services to participants. Responsible for a 24-7 residential program where clients live at facility or an intensive outpatient program. Special attention to withdraw management "guest room" detoxification needs of clients, and facility safety, food health and safety in residential program. Supervision and staff development, compliance with State regulations, and CARF Standards.
NOTE: Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the Department of Justice. Health screening, tuberculosis is also required.
