Project Manager - Engineering and Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of solar projects from early-stage development through to construction. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and data analysis skills, mechanical awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of solar projects through the early-stage process, ensuring technical feasibility, schedule appropriateness, commercial support, and financial viability.
• Analyze technical and financial data to identify notable variables, indicators, and trends, and proactively investigate and integrate broader market impacts.
• Deliver daily management of each assigned solar project, including development and permitting support, coordination with subject matter experts, and problem resolution.
• Manage capital budgets, balance variances across portfolios, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Support the Early-Stage team with process, tool, and training initiatives, and actively communicate with stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Project Management Experience
• Strong financial and data analysis skillset
• Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables
• Highly Organized
• Proactive attitude
• Inherent ability to manage fast-paced high-stress environment
• Capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience is a plus
