Are you a people person who loves the art of sales and building relationships? Sun Title is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. If you have a knack for connecting with clients and turning prospects into loyal customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The person in the role will be charged with serving clients in Northern Kent County as well as Ionia, Newago, Montcalm, and Mecosta Counties.


As an Account Executive specializing in client relationship management within the title insurance sector, you play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your strategic approach involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth. By fostering strong client connections, you contribute to the overall success of the company and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, including real estate agents, lenders, developers, and attorneys.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our client base, attend industry events, and network with potential clients.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about the title insurance and escrow process, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients and seek feedback to improve services.
  • CRM Management: Manage client data, track communication history, and monitor follow-up tasks using our CRM system.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in industry-specific software (ResWare, Proform Select) is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services is a plus.
  • Valid Title Producer’s License and Notary Public License (or willingness to obtain within 1 month of hire).
  • Valid driver’s license.
