The Opportunity :

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to serve as a pivotal business partner, charged with refining and leading our sales and customer success strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a dynamic team of Account Executives and collaborate across departments to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a passion for optimizing processes and maximizing sales performance in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strategic approach to sales are essential for success in this role. Your leadership will ensure Sun Title continues its ambitious growth trajectory while delivering value to our clients.

Requirements

Essential Functions :

  • Develop and execute sales and customer success strategies to drive new and recurring revenue
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Create and implement best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes to support growth
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management to effectively manage growth plans
  • Report on sales effectiveness and adjust strategies to maintain momentum and address challenges
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify new acquisition opportunities and refine the sales funnel
  • Design and oversee our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) optimizing its use by the team
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously enhance sales processes and improve performance
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Ensures business intelligence from across the organization is smoothly integrated across roles and departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between sales and customer success teams to maximize client satisfaction and minimize churn
  • Advocate for customer needs, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes
  • Manage budgets effectively, prioritizing efficiency and impactful investments

  • Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill with ability to communicate in English, required
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills and with ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with ability to partner or lead teams through project completion
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and influence C-level executives and team members
  • Education and Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 3 years leading a high-performance sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business or equivalent, preferred
  • Michigan residency, required
  • Expert level expertise with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, required
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services, preferred
  • Intermediate level proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), required
  • Intermediate level expertise with Project Management software (ex. Microsoft Planner), preferred
  • Valid Title Producer's License, as required by applicable state law, within 1 month of hire
  • Driver's license, required
