The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to serve as a pivotal business partner, charged with refining and leading our sales and customer success strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a dynamic team of Account Executives and collaborate across departments to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a passion for optimizing processes and maximizing sales performance in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management with a proven track record of successMinimum of 3 years leading a high-performance sales teamBachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business or equivalent, preferredMichigan residency, requiredExpert level expertise with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, requiredAdvanced knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow services, preferredIntermediate level proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), requiredIntermediate level expertise with Project Management software (ex.
